About Mini Shastri

Teaching experience of over 2 Decades. Student of the T Krishnamacharya Lineage, Mysore and Chennai.

A wellness consultant and columnist, Mini’s articles and interviews have featured in the likes of India Today, Woman, Harpers Bazaar, Vogue, Elle including newspaper interviews.

Mini was a columnist with Hindustan Times and wrote a Bi-weekly Yoga articles titled “Yoga Journey”.

A Mother of three, Mini authored “Yoga for Kids”, translated over 5 International Languages.

Mini’s Yoga teaching flow from tradition that will - flush lymph, shed fat, boost metabolism, relax nerves, strengthen and tone muscles, bring flexibility and balance to our bodies, build internal endurance, ease stress and anxiety, develop concentration, improve productivity and so much more. 

Yoga heals us from both inside and outside.
